Located in Studham, Bedfordshire, Barwythe Hall is a stunning Georgian building over 300 years old.The proposals involved converting the building back to its original use as a prime country residence from its last use as offices with 2 no. apartments and ancillary storage buildings. The works predominately retain the existing layout internally and elevations with only a few minor adaptations and additions. This is in order to provide a house suitable for modern living in the 21st century whilst preserving and enhancing the character of the existing hall. All rooms were refurbished to a luxurious standard and an outdoor pool area was built within the gardens.
