Greenhill Fold, Upper Wortley

Greenhill Fold in Upper Wortley was developed by Leeds companies Rushbond Group and Advent Developments.

The development saw the former grade II listed Upper Wortley school transformed into 13, two and three bedroom loft style houses that maximised all the building’s original character, and a further 36, two, three and four bedroom, contemporary new homes built within the school’s grounds.
