The reclamation of the old filter beds and the construction of three new five-storey apartment blocks with ground floor parking, formed part of this development. The building is located on the edge of the development, and was complicated by the steeply sloping embankments to adjacent dwellings and infrastructure. Our appointment was to provide structural, civil and geotechnical engineering services.
